-ESM 9/110- STRAIGHTENER FOR STRETCHING WIRE

Regarding the European rules, M/s Cometo created a new machine with a very hard structure in welded sheet. Rolls with inserts in tungsten carbide assembled on conical bearings studied for a long life. This kind of new equipment is properly used for special requests of stretching in percentage of the webbed wire for building industries. The machine in object functions electronically and all mobile axes are controlled by a program that keep in memory up to 100 programs. With Cometo technology, stretching in percentage can be planned in advance with a good precision after arranging an eventual correction of the program can be booked with a code number for other future usings,each time a program is planned it is possible to change it. During working, wire is controlled in continuous by two instruments for IN and OUT speed control and during each variation in percentage of the stretching, the control corrects the stretching roll keeping as before, the percentage fixed. Rolls are drived by a motor-reductor with big power . Fixing of the same in position is arranged directly by the motor in order to eliminate all parts that can be subjected to the wear and tear. The skein of the hot webbed with our straightener with nine rolls, before is yielded up to 4% and more and after is straightened in order to be ready for the bracketing machines. All the electronic plant is installed in a cabinet with thightness tight and cooling with two funs for cooling of the driver.
