For feeding round and flat wires, it is available in two different sizes: AL-12 with maximum diameter 15 mm and AL-6 with up to diameter 6 mm. Given their modular character they can be supplied as 1 to 3-4 modules used together, depending on customers' needs. The transmission system is composed by tempered and refaced gears. The opening and closing of rollers can be either hydraulic or pneumatic or eccentric. The groove on rollers is made after tempering in order to obtain profile with polished finish. Comet can also supply a complete system including: electronic operating system, motorized feeder and wire straightener.
