The series ESM is the answer given by COMETO for the treatment of warm formed rebar having diameters from 6 to 14mm. The device is controlled by a microprocessor that handles all the functions of storing, drive and control. Rollers are driven by step motors which ensure the best precision of movement thanks to the opportunity of holding rollers position without using brakes. The ESM type can storage up to 100 recipes which include positioning of each roller, percentage wire stretching and related tolerance. Each function can be modified also during operation and automatically stored in the program in use. The stretching process is controlled in real time by automatically changing the position of the stretching roller if the measured stretching deviates from the set one.
